Villas facilities
Anemos - luxury private Villas have been created as “home away from
home”. They combine the individuality, elegancy, decoration, comfort
and luxury standards.
Between the two villas there is a barbeque and a table-tennis.
Each villa is 112 sqm in size in two storeys and can accommodate up
to 6 people. Both the villas are fully-equipped.
Both of the villas provide a comfortable living room with working fire
place, fully equipped kitchen, dinning area and bathroom.
Standard facilities:
Individually controlled A/C units, heating and cooling
(living room –bedrooms) Satellite receiver and TV at living room and
all bedrooms music -surround system/Radio , DVD player ,Safe box ,
First aid box, Parking, entrance’s remote control , Washing machine
, Welcome package. Bath toiletries, Hair dryers, Hammock.
There is a chambermaid cleaning service every second day towels and
linen change. Cleaning of the pools and technical support
every three
days. Of course the owner is always available to cater to your wishes
for on request facilities, like rent a car, or organised excursions
and sports.
Bedrooms +Bathrooms : On
the ground level there is a bedroom with iron- double size bed, ,A/C
and sat. TV. Next to the bedroom there is one fully equipped bathroom/WC.
An Internal staircase leads to the upper floor where are two more modern
decorated bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds
, sharing a bath/wc with whirlpool bathtub. Each bedrooms is equipped
with :
• Anatomic mattresses and feather pillows.
• Bedside tables with table lamps
• Spacious wardrobes
• 100% cotton towels and linen.

Kitchen : Next
to the living room is an open plan kitchen. Equipped with: Large table
seating six , Fridge-freezer ,
Cooker and stove with air-extractor, Microwave oven, Coffee machines,
Toaster, Dishwasher, Kettle and full set of kitchen equipment

room : Spacious living room, painted with light colours and equipped with, working
fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, sound system, air-condition
unit, modern furniture and lights.
Storeroom : On the ground level there is a small storeroom with a washing machine,
ironing board, safe box.
Swimming Pool : Beside each villa there is its private swimming pool, 35 sqm, equipped
with sun beds, sunshades, garden shower, huge hammock
Balconies : The
bedrooms open to a large balcony with patio furniture, sun beds and
panoramic view of the sea and the beautiful countryside.
On the veranda (ground floor) you can enjoy your breakfast or lunch
with our large table, sitting six.
