Location & Access

The two modern South-Crete-villas are set about 2, 5 kms east from the beautiful-traditional village of Rodakino. Not much further is "Korakas-beach", a 350 m stretch of beach. The most famous resort in South Crete, the village of Plakias is 12 km away. The distance from Rethymnon town is 39 km, from Heraklion airport 120km, and from Chania airport is 100 km.

Highlights of the area are : Preveli Palm beach, the historic monastery of Preveli, Frangokastello castle, Samaria gorge, Chora Sfakion village, Eleftherna , Phaestos and Gortyna archaeological-sites, the Krioneritis Mountain, Aghia Galini village , Kotsifou and Kourtalioti gorges the Triopetra abd Agios Pavlos beach. Tavernas, cafes and small shops are at nearby villages while the inhabitants are courteous and hospitable. Various religious festivals are celebrated in the villages, along with traditional fiestas and cultural events during summer!
A day trip to Rethymnon-town is a “must” as you will have the opportunity to visit the sixteenth century Venetian Fortezza, the old Venetian-harbour as well admire the Turkish and Venetian buldings of the old town . If you’re interested in the history of the island you may also want to step into the Historical and Folk Art Museum for a taste of traditional Cretan-ceramics, textiles, artifacts, jewelry, and clothing from across the centuries.
How to Get to Crete:
You will get to Crete either by air or by sea. There are two international airports on the island,Heraklion international-airport and Chania international airport. During summer there are a lot of charter flights from many countries and also there are regular flights between Athens and Crete all year round. The ports of Heraklion, Rethymnon and Souda-port are the most importants because of their connection with Athens main port and some of Cyclades islands.
Driving instructions: Follow the direction to Rethymnon town. On the motorway above Rethymnon town follow the direction Spili-Agia Galini. After 19 kms drive, turn to the right and follow the direction Rodakino village and Chora Sfakion. On the way to Rodakino 9 kms after Sellia village on your left side you will see the entrance gate of Anemos luxury villas.
