Your Data, Plainly
What we collect
When you book or enquire, we receive the details you give us — your name, email, phone number, travel dates, party size, and anything you write to us. That's it. We don't buy data about you and we don't track you around the web.
Who processes it
Bookings run through Smoobu GmbH (Berlin), our reservation system, which handles your booking details and payment securely. Card payments are processed by Stripe; bank transfer, SEPA direct debit and Klarna are also offered at checkout. Your card details never reach us. Our website is hosted on Vercel, whose analytics are cookieless and anonymous: no cookies are set, and no personal profile is built.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept as long as Greek tax and tourism law requires. Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within a year.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where the law allows). Write to info@anemos-villas.com and we'll answer personally — the same people who welcome you at the villa handle your data.
