Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
When you book or enquire, we receive the details you give us — your name, email, phone number, travel dates, party size, and anything you write to us. That's it. We don't buy data about you and we don't track you around the web.
Who processes it
Bookings run through Smoobu GmbH (Berlin), our reservation system, which handles booking details and payment securely. Card payments are processed by Stripe; bank transfer, SEPA direct debit and Klarna are also offered at checkout. Your card details never reach us. Our website is hosted on Vercel, whose analytics are cookieless and anonymous: no cookies are set and no personal profile is built.
Why we use it
We use booking and contact details to answer your enquiry, make and manage your reservation, take payment, welcome you, meet our tax and tourism duties, and deal with any question after your stay. The legal bases are taking steps at your request and performing a booking contract, complying with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the accommodation. We only ask for consent where it is legally required; you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.
International transfers
Our booking, payment and hosting providers may process data in the EEA or in other countries. Where a transfer outside the EEA is needed, the provider uses the transfer mechanism and safeguards described in its own privacy information. We will tell you which provider applies to your booking and provide the relevant safeguard details on request.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept as long as Greek tax and tourism law requires. Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within a year.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive a portable copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Write to info@anemos-villas.com and we will answer personally. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr or to your local supervisory authority in the EEA.
